The performance characteristics of each product represent a specific lot and/or batch. At the time of your order, other additional product(s) may be available with similar or different specifications. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, Fitzgerald Industries International reserves the right to ship product with catalog specifications that match exactly or a comparable lot or batch to the specification on our website.

To simplify the ordering process we encourage customers to order online, by FAX, or e-mail.
The following information is required to expedite your order:
- Billing and Shipping addresses;
- Purchase order number;
- Catalog number, description of product and clone number;
- Unit of measurement, size and quantity;
If order is not taxable, a resale/tax exemption certificate must be on file.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangement has been made. A 1.5 % monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to the invoice total from the date of shipment.
