Description	High sensitivity HRP microwell substrate (containing ABTS)
Background	This HRP Microwell Substrate contains 2.2-azino-di[3-ethylbenzthiazoline sulfonate] in a mild acidic buffer. The substrate is supplied as a one component ready to use solution. Unreacted substrate should be colorless to very light green in appearance. When this substrate system is reacted with peroxidase, a soluble blue-green reaction product is obtained.
