Flow Cytometric assay using BAZ1B antibody (10R-1247)

HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90% methanol. Cells were stained with anti-BAZ1B antibody (shaded) or isotype control (unshaded) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.

Usage & Assay Information

Usage Recommendations WB: 0.2-2 ug/ml, FC: 0.5-2 ug/sample, ICC: 2-100 ug/ml

Storage & Safety

Storage Store at 2-8 deg C for up to one year. We recommend long term storage at -20 deg C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Biohazard Information This antibody solution contains sodium azide (NaN ) as a preservative. There is a potential hazard that NaN reacts with copper or lead to produce an explosive compound. For safe disposal, the vial has to be washed thoroughly with water. It is strongly adv

General Information

Biological Significance This gene encodes a member of the bromodomain protein family. The bromodomain is a structural motif characteristic of proteins involved in chromatin-dependent regulation of transcription. This gene is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome, a developmental disorder caused by deletion of multiple genes at 7q11.23.
