Immunofluorescent staining using NR4A1 antibody (10R-1261)

Immunostaining analysis in HeLa cells. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.01% Triton-NR4A1 in PBS. The cells were immunostained with anti-GATAD1 antibody.

Storage Store at 2-8 deg C for up to one year. We recommend long term storage at -20 deg C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Biohazard Information This antibody solution contains sodium azide (NaN ) as a preservative. There is a potential hazard that NaN reacts with copper or lead to produce an explosive compound. For safe disposal, the vial has to be washed thoroughly with water. It is strongly adv

General Information

Biological Significance This gene encodes a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. Expression is induced by phytohemagglutinin in human lymphocytes and by serum stimulation of arrested fibroblasts. The encoded protein acts as a nuclear transcription factor. Translocation of the protein from the nucleus to mitochondria induces apoptosis. Three transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
