Setting up an Online Account
To place an online order you must register for an account and complete a registration form. We encourage our customers to register their account on the website that is applicable to your currency.
Customers wishing to pay in Euro (€) should register on the European website http://www.fitzgerald-fii.eu
Customers wishing to pay in GBP (£) should register on the United Kingdom website http://www.fitzgerald-fii.co.uk
Customers wishing to pay in USD ($) should register on the United States website http://www.fitzgerald-fii.com
Once registered to one of the websites, you will not be permitted to transact in a different currency. If you wish to change the currency to which your account is registered for, you should request a cancellation of your existing account, and set up a new account in your preferred currency.
Placing an Online Order
To place an online order, you must log into your account using your email address and password. You may log in on any website, but if you are not on the website of your registered account, you will be transferred automatically and a pop-up will notify you of this. If you had items in your shopping cart before you were redirected to the correct website, you will lose these items and will need to refill your shopping cart. Therefore, we encourage customers to log into your account on the website that you are registered on BEFORE adding items to your cart.
If you have a coupon/discount code which you wish to use on your order, you must enter the code at the time of placing the order. Discounts cannot be applied after the order has been entered.
Online Payment Options
On registering an account you will have an option to apply for credit terms which means you will have the ability to place online orders using a Purchase Order (P.O.) number. If you check this box, our accounts team will review your application within two working days and will send you a notification of acceptance if approved. The terms of this option are payment within 30 days up to a value of $5,000. Each customer also has an option to pay by credit card.
We accept telephone orders and technical inquiries at our Customer Service and Technical Service Department, Monday-Friday. Office hours are 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM EST.
Fax and Email Orders
Customers may submit fax and email orders and enquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will be processed on the next working day.

To ensure an efficient turnaround time of Fax and Email orders, please provide the following information:
- Billing and Shipping addresses
- Purchase Order number
- Catalog number and Description of Product
- Size and Quantity of items
If order is not taxable, a resale/tax exemption certificate must be on file. If your purchase is taxable, the VAT/Sales tax will be added at the invoicing stage and therefore you will see an additional charge on your credit card statement for the VAT/Sales tax.
Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangement has been made. A 1.5 % monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to the invoice total from the date of shipment.
